If you provide a phone number, you authorize us to send SMS alerts related to monitored properties. Message and data rates may apply. You can remove or update your phone number in your account settings.

We may send transactional emails related to your account, subscription, security, alerts, and service changes. You may not be able to opt out of essential transactional messages.

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, understand usage, and improve functionality.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.

You may access and update certain account information from your account settings.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information by contacting us.

You may opt out of SMS alerts by removing your phone number from your account or contacting us.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your request before responding.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect our rights.

If you delete your account or request deletion, we may retain information where required or permitted by law, including billing, security, fraud prevention, and legal records.

MLS Guardian is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
